Empirical cumulative distribution frequency curves of observed changes from baseline on FACIT-Fatigue scores for individual patients in the oral azacitidine and placebo arms at cycles 3, 6, 12 and 24. A positive change score includes an improvement from baseline. A change from baseline ≥3 was used to define clinically meaningful improvement and worsening. Odds ratio, 95% confidence interval (CI), and P values were estimated using Cochran-Mantel- Haenszel test, stratified by randomization stratification factors.
